TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last updated: 23 January 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through Waido Kits (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Custom-Made Products & Final Sale Policy

All products sold by Waido Kits are custom-made, made-to-order, or produced in limited batches specifically for the customer.

Due to the nature of custom manufacturing:

 • All sales are final

 • No refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations are permitted once production has begun

 • Refunds are not provided for delays related to production, shipping, customs clearance, or third-party carriers

By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

2. Production & Delivery Timeframes

All production and delivery timelines provided on the website or via email are estimates only.

Delays may occur due to, but not limited to:

 • Manufacturing complexity

 • Material availability

 • Quality control

 • Holidays

 • Customs clearance

 • Carrier delays

Such delays do not constitute grounds for refunds, chargebacks, or disputes.

3. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Customs Responsibility

3.1 Shipping & Risk Transfer

All orders are shipped via insured, trackable carriers (including but not limited to FedEx and DHL).

Once an order is handed over to the carrier:

 • Risk of loss transfers to the customer

 • Carrier tracking and delivery confirmation constitute proof of shipment and delivery

3.2 Customs & Import Duties

For international shipments:

 • The customer is the importer of record and solely responsible for customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and compliance with local regulations

 • Delays caused by incomplete documentation or lack of customer response are outside the Company’s control

Customs delays, inspections, or holds do not qualify for refunds, chargebacks, or disputes.

4. Proof of Delivery & “Not Received” Claims

Carrier delivery confirmation, signature confirmation, or official tracking records constitute conclusive proof of delivery.

Claims or disputes filed under “item not received” after confirmed delivery will be formally contested using carrier documentation.

5. Damage in Transit – Insurance Claim Procedure

If a product is allegedly damaged during shipping, the customer must:

 • Notify the Company within 48 hours of delivery

 • Provide clear photographic evidence of:

 • The alleged damage to the product

 • Inner packaging

 • Outer packaging

 • Shipping label

This documentation is mandatory and required solely to submit a claim through the shipping carrier’s insurance.

Without the required photographic evidence, no insurance claim can be filed and no refund can be issued.

6. No Returns – Refunds Limited to Insurance Outcomes

Returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

In cases of verified damage during shipping, a refund may only be issued if and when the carrier’s insurance claim is approved. Submission of photographic evidence does not guarantee approval and does not entitle the customer to a return, exchange, or replacement.

Refunds are strictly limited to amounts recovered through the carrier’s insurance process.

If a damage claim is approved:

 • Return shipping is permitted only after written authorization

 • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

 • Return shipping costs may apply

7. Chargebacks & Dispute Abuse

Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes related to:

 • Production delays

 • Customs delays

 • Failure to communicate with customs authorities

 • Claims contradicting confirmed delivery

 • Claims unsupported by required evidence

Initiating a dispute in bad faith or based on false claims may result in:

 • Permanent account termination

 • Blacklisting from future purchases

 • Legal action to recover losses, fees, and administrative costs

8. Communication & Evidence Retention

The Company retains records of:

 • Order confirmations

 • Shipping confirmations

 • Delivery confirmations

 • Restrict or object to processing

 • Data portability, where applicable

 • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the EU

Requests may be submitted in writing using the contact details provided in these Terms.

11.6 Data Security

The Company implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

11.7 Privacy Policy

Further details on personal data processing are available in the Company’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
