RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Waido Kits (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions.
By placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of this Policy.

1. Custom-Made Products & Final Sale
All products sold by Waido Kits are custom-made, made-to-order, or produced in limited batches specifically for the customer.
Due to the nature of custom manufacturing:
• All sales are final
• Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are not accepted
• Production begins after payment and cannot be stopped or reversed
This policy applies regardless of destination country, including the United States.

2. No Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized goods.
By completing checkout, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
• The right to withdraw from the contract is excluded
• No cooling-off period applies
• No refund is available once production has begun

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Production or manufacturing delays
• Shipping or carrier delays
• Customs inspections, holds, or clearance delays
• Failure to pay customs duties or taxes
• Refusal to accept delivery
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
These circumstances do not constitute defects or non-conformity.

4. Damage in Transit – Insurance-Based Refunds Only
If a product is allegedly damaged during shipping, the customer must comply strictly with the Damage in Transit procedure outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
Refunds in such cases:
• Are not guaranteed
• Are issued only if and when the shipping carrier’s insurance claim is approved
• Are limited to the amount recovered through the carrier’s insurance
Providing photographs or submitting a claim does not entitle the customer to a refund, replacement, or exchange.

5. No Returns Policy
Returns are not accepted under any circumstances, including in cases of alleged damage, unless expressly authorized in writing by the Company for insurance or carrier investigation purposes.
Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

6. Chargebacks & Refund Abuse
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not create a right to a refund.
Chargebacks submitted in contradiction to this Policy or the Terms & Conditions may be treated as abusive or fraudulent and may result in:
• Permanent account termination
• Loss of future purchasing privileges
• Legal action to recover losses, fees, and administrative costs

7. Governing Law
This Return & Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and applicable European Union law.
Any disputes relating to returns or refunds are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
