FAQ

  • I bought a model, what's next?
You need to purchase a standard FDM printer and ABS (recommended) or ASA filament. You can also use PLA filament, but you need to fill the part 100% when printing. PLA printing filament is much easier to use, but we do not recommend using PLA as it may behave unpredictably. Next, you need to assemble and configure the printer according to the instructions. Download a slicer program to prepare the part for printing. Upload the downloaded model file into the program. If you are a beginner, use the standard print settings for the selected material. Print the model.
  • The model does not fit entirely into the printer, what should I do?
Contact us and tell us the working size of your printer and we will send you the part divided into several parts for printing on your printer. Next, the parts need to be printed individually and carefully glued together before further processing.
  • I need help working with this technology, what should I do?
You can watch a YouTube videos for help or get our paid subscription. Check out what we offer in our store in the subscriptions section.
  • How difficult is it to manufacture a part using this technology?
Mistakes happen. You might make them on your first try and correct them in further attempts. If something doesn’t work out for you, you can always contact us or purchase our subscription in the store for better support.
  • I didn’t find any models for my car, how can I get them?
We are constantly working on new parts for different cars, but first we always need to find and scan the car and model new parts. Please contact us for more information and tell us your car model, maybe we can help you!
  • Can I send a model to a friend?
So that we can continue to delight everyone with new models, we kindly ask you not to share our models with your friends. When you purchase from our website, you agree that the fact of transfer of the model is prohibited and we may issue you a fine in case you break the Terms and Conditions. You can print a part for a friend as a gift, BUT you cannot sell those parts, as commercial use is also prohibited by our rules.
  • How do I install the parts?
We make our models by taking into account fastening to the car. This can be done with glue, double-sided tape, screws or bolts, and sometimes it is a combination of the above options. Please familiarize yourself with the principle of fastening the part before purchasing. If you have any questions, please contact us.
  • How can I prepare a part for painting or wrap?
You can watch YouTube videos about post-processing of the surface after printing. You can also get our subscription where we help you with the fastest and easiest technology for preparing the part for painting.
  • What if my part doesn't fit?
Our models are created using ultra-accurate scans of the car. If you do everything according to the instructions and do not change the shape of the part, then everything should fit, please check all the steps and try to find the error. More detailed assistance with such issues may be available through our subscription, check out the subscription options in our store.
  • Can I order a custom design for my car from you?
Yes, if we have a scan of the car we can make unique parts for you, please check out the subscription options in our store or contact us.
  • How strong are the parts after 3D printing?
If you make the walls sufficiently thick and the filling of the part is sufficient when printing, you should not worry about the durability of the part, you also need to make sure that the parts are securely and reliably attached to the car.
